UPDATE: Commercial Blue Crab Harvesters - Starting 9/14/23 Lugs should be reported by the Pound
Emergency regulations were recently passed to allow all commercial hard crab harvest to be held in lugs starting on September 14. If you use lugs during your harvest activity,
you are required to report your harvest by the pound (on both paper reports and with electronic reporting).

Commercial Harvest Reporting Late List
Starting with the 2024 license year the department's Fishing and Boating Services will once again be posting a monthly late list of commercial harvest reports. This is similar to what was done prior to 2020, so watch this space for more details.
