The Project Subcommittee will consider all applicable development projects in the Critical Area that are proposed by a State or Local Agency. Meetings will be virtual and will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the date shown.

Meetings consist of two parts. In Part I, the Subcommittee considers projects for discussion only. This is an opportunity for an applicant to receive feedback. Applications that have significant impacts on the Critical Area, or that will require Conditional Approval under COMAR 27.02.06 are strongly encouraged to request a pre-application meeting with the Subcommittee. Part II will consist of formal applications that have provided a complete State or Local Project Checklist and met all public notice requirements.
