Marshes for Tomorrow Environmental Projects

The National Audubon Society seeks qualified contractors to supplement Audubon staff in implementing tidal wetland restoration projects on Maryland’s eastern shore as part of the Audubon-led “Marshes for Tomorrow” initiative. Audubon is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering companies interested in entering into Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for a variety of environmental science and coastal engineering services.

The Request for Proposals can be found here; https://media.audubon.org/2026-03/RFQ%20Marshes%20for%20Tomorrow%20final%203-3-26.pdf

A Conflict of Interest form, required as part of any submitted SOQ is available here: https://media.audubon.org/2026-03/Conflict%20of%20Interest%20Questionnaire%20-%20Bidders%20Form.pdf

Audubon will also be hosting an informational webinar to describe the RFP and answer any questions from potential bidders. This session will be held on March 17 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The link to join the webinar can be found within the RFQ document. It is not necessary to register for the webinar – anyone with the link can join.

Please share this opportunity with any engineering companies that might be interested in submitting a SOQ.

For questions about the RFQ or this announcement, please email David Curson at [email protected]

The deadline for submitting a SOQ to this opportunity is 4:00pm on Friday March 27th.
