​Hereford Area Directions

The Hereford Area is a noncontiguous area with many access points to multiple trail heads.

• From I-83 N, take exit 27 and turn left onto Mt. Carmel Road. After approximately 0.5 mile, make a right onto Masemore Road. Travel approximately 1.5 miles, and park in the lot adjacent the river before crossing the iron bridge.
• From I-83 N, take exit 27 and turn right onto Mt. Carmel Road. At the traffic light, turn left onto York Road. Pass Hereford High School and turn left onto Bunker Hill Road. Continue on Bunker Hill Road to the large asphalt parking lot.
• From I-83 N, take exit 27 and turn left onto Mt. Carmel Road. Travel approximately 2 miles before making a right onto Evna Road. Follow Evna Road until it ends at the stop sign and make a right onto Falls Road. Travel approximately 1.5 miles and turn into the parking lot on the left-hand side of the river.
