The Watershed Restoration Action Strategies (WRAS) are Watershed Plans written by local governments with assistance from DNR and other partners. The strategy includes:

• a well-stated, overarching goal aimed at protecting, preserving, and restoring habitat and water quality
• a description of the stakeholder process
• opportunities, concerns, and challenges
• a very detailed, prioritized, description of natural resource management objectives
