Park Alert: To facilitate scheduling significant repairs of critical infrastructure, reservations for the Point Lookout State Park campground are currently suspended for the 2025 camping season. Repairs also require the closure of the Nature Center and Civil War Museum. Dates may change as construction plans are finalized and the work progresses.

There are 90 wooded campsites; 26 of these have full hook-ups and an additional 4 of these have electric only. A full hook-up loop (Tulip) is for self-contained campers only (no restrooms available). A total of 6 people (children and adults) are permitted on each campsite (excluding site 128).
