Hollofield Area Trails
- Ole Ranger Trail - (1.5 miles) Patapsco Valley State Park headquarters is located off Rt. 40 in Ellicott City. There are two trails that can be accessed at this location. The Peaceful Pond Trail is a short walk to its namesake. The Ole Ranger trail is a loop trail about 1.5 miles in length.
- Union Dam Trail - (0.3 miles)
- River Ridge Trail - (0.2 miles)

- First aid kit and safety equipment reccommended.
- Dress for the weather.
- Let someone know your itinerary and route – cell phones are not reliable in the valley.
- Help us sustain our trails. Avoid trail use in wet conditions. We recommend you wait at least 24 hours after a rain event before venturing out along the trails again.
