*Tentative Opportunity: Maryland State Parks is seeking to gauge interest from food truck vendors to fill a potential short-term need at Sandy Point State Park, starting Memorial Day Weekend until the onsite concessionaire opens. Please note that this opportunity may not be utilized if the incoming concessionaire is operational on time.
Food truck slots are limited at each park or event, and will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors will be required to sign and submit a standard operating agreement ahead of time to confirm compliance with all state and county regulations in order to vend within Maryland State Parks. Although there is no upfront fee to operate in the park, vendors are required to submit a percentage of gross sales for each daily event within the state park facility.
