Energy Storage in Maryland Report

​The Maryland General Assembly passed legislation during the 2017 legislative session that directed the Power Plant Research Program to prepare a report addressing energy storage technologies (House Bill 773 Clean Energy – Energy Storage Technology Study). The study includes economic, regulatory, and engineering aspects of storage technologies with particular emphasis on incentivizing and using such technologies in Maryland.
