Below is the list of successful lottery winners for 2021. Please click on the appropriate county to see if your DNRid number was selected. These winners will receive an email from OBSL.countyname@maryland.gov (countyname will be specific to the county in which you entered the lottery) announcing your appointment. Appointment emails will be sent to the address you provided when you entered the lottery. If you have not received your invitation by July 29 at noon, please first check your spam/junk folder carefully, and then email
OBSL.md1@maryland.gov for assistance. Appointments will begin on August 3 and continue for several days in some counties.

Failure to do so may result in the inability to register blind sites. The webpage contains important information on minimum internet connection speeds, the virtual meeting process, and other aspects of the new licensing process.
Appointments may not be rescheduled. If you cannot make your appointment, we will begin taking appointments for anyone wishing to reserve a blind site after the lottery process on August 18 for virtual meetings that will begin August 23. More information can be found here.
