NOTICE - March 26,2026:
We are happy to announce that, due to the hard work of park staff, campground operations will resume Wednesday, April 1, just in time for the holiday weekend.

Camping will be available at both Shad Landing and Milburn Landing.

We thank you for your patience and look forward to welcoming you back.


Notice:
The Shad Landing marina improvement project is progressing through the final design review phase. Construction is now anticipated to begin in 2026. The marina will remain open for the 2026 summer season.

Please be aware that some access limitations may occur during the fall of 2026 once construction begins. We will share updated timelines as soon as they are confirmed.

Our goal is to create a safer, more modern, and more accessible marina experience for all visitors. Thank you for your patience and support as we work to improve public access to the Pocomoke River.
