Land Steward Training
Maryland Environmental Trust
If you enjoy visiting beautiful protected lands, then you will certainly enjoy becoming a land steward with Maryland Environmental Trust!
Volunteers visit our conservation easements to ensure that protected farms and forests remain undeveloped. Visits are made to significant natural areas, farms and forest land, waterfronts, historic viewsheds and scenic landscapes. This is a great opportunity for those who want to explore Maryland, get service hours or add some new experience to their resume.
Stay tuned for more upcoming trainings showcasing new toolsets! If you're interested in learning how your land trust could implement and benefit from certain monitoring tools and techniques, contact us at email@example.com.
