We are putting the call out to all Marylanders across our state to submit recipes for possible inclusion in a new Department of Natural Resources Cookbook!
Submissions must include a list of required ingredients and amounts, specific preparation and cooking instructions, and feature a Maryland species. Think deer, rockfish, crab, wild turkey, blue catfish, etc.
Recipes including invasives and/or family anecdotes/history behind the recipe will be given top priority.

A maximum of five recipes per person can be submitted for review. The deadline for submitting recipes is: March 7, 2020.
