Talbot County Council Bill #1401 Information

A panel of the Critical Area Commission held a public hearing on Thursday, November 30 to hear public comment on Talbot County Council Bill #1401 to include a new Chapter 190 of the County Code. Chapter 190 includes updates to the zoning, subdivision, and environmental provisions of the Talbot County Critical Area Program. The updates are the result of the completion of the required six year comprehensive review of the County’s Critical Area Program consistency with the state law and criteria.
