From Elk Neck State Park Headquarters:
Follow Route 272 South for 1 mile.
Turn left onto Rogues Harbor Road.
Hours:
Boat launch and trailer parking: 24 hours a day
Trailheads and other parking: Sunrise to Sunset.
Visitors to Rogues Harbor can launch boats, fish and crab from the fishing pier and hike the Beaver Marsh Loop or the White Banks Trail. Pets on leashes are welcome. Four boat launch ramps offer access to the Elk River, Chesapeake Bay and surrounding waterways. Bass tournaments of up to 150 boats can be accommodated, but arrangements must be made in advance by contacting Park Headquarters at 410-287-5333.
