The Maryland Natural Resources Police conducts Administrative Trial Boards in accordance with Maryland Public Safety Article 3-101, et al.
Administrative trials are conducted at the request of the officer who exercises their rights granted under Maryland law. Maryland law requires the proceedings to be open to the public, except to protect a victim’s identity; the personal privacy of an individual; a child witness; medical records; the identity of a confidential source; an investigative technique or procedure; or the life or physical safety of an individual." (Section 3-106 (e) of the Maryland Public Safety Article).
All administrative trial boards are held at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 11101 Gilroy Rd., Hunt Valley, MD 21031, unless otherwise noted. Please check the Docket Board upon arrival for the assigned hearing room.
These rules are to be followed for visitors inside the trial room:
- Check in to the trial board and present a valid identification card;
- All weapons to include firearms and other contraband are prohibited;
- All electronic devices inside the trial room shall remain off, and no electronic device may be used to receive, transmit, or record sound, visual image, data, or other information;
- No food or beverages are allowed in the trial room;
- Smoking is not permitted in the building;
- Seating will be determined on a first come, first served basis; and
- Visitors that do not comply with these rules are subject to removal.

Below are the scheduled trial boards. If you plan to attend a trial board, please check this website daily after 5pm to confirm it is still scheduled. An administrative trial may be postponed or canceled if the matter is resolved prior to the scheduled hearing date.
