Online Maryland Safe Boating Class. This course satisfies the requirements for operating a vessel on Maryland waters and a Certificate of Boating Safety Education is issued upon satisfactory completion. Instructors teach two sessions. How to Read Nautical Charts How to Read a Nautical Chart is a three hour course that will help you unravel the mystery of charts. Lots of hands-on exercises. Charts and tools will be provided. Course Cost: $35 Free to first responders and Active military. Click here for class flyer.
