  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 qt half & half
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, picked shell free fresh parsley, minced, for garnish...Tabasco sauce to taste

​Serving Suggestions

Garnish individual bowls with fresh parsley. Serve with oyster crackers. Serves 6.
