Ken Kyler | Founding Member and Prior President, Maryland Off-Highway Vehicle Alliance (MDOHVA)Ken Kyler is one of the founding members of the Maryland Off-Highway Vehicle Alliance (MDOHVA) and the immediate past president. Ken is an avid off-road motorized recreational enthusiast. When the last off-highway vehicle (OHV) trail was closed in Maryland, the need for a State-wide OHV organization became obvious. He helped found MDOHVA because it needed to be done and no one was standing up to do it. He brought the skills he learned from 27 years in the USAF to craft a strategy, build a team and work the system. With the foundation laid, he passed the torch to a new generation and currently serves as the treasurer. |
