How to Create Adaptive Programs

David McSpadden is a BICP-certified adaptive mountain bike instructor, volunteer trail builder, and registered GIS professional. With 24 years of experience in adaptive sports alongside his wife, David has been involved in adaptive snow skiing, water skiing, and mountain biking. His volunteer efforts span organizations such as Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park, MORE, Catalyst Sports, and Baltimore Adaptive Recreation and Sports. Professionally, David is a GISP dedicated to supporting clean water infrastructure.
