Requirement for Junior Ranger Guide Level
This level is designed to have the Junior Ranger apply what they have learned as they
help teach or "guide" younger participants through the program.
- The Junior Ranger must have completed all other Junior Ranger levels.
- The Junior Ranger will have one (1) year to complete the Guide level.
- The Junior Ranger must take an active role in the instruction at four (4) Junior Ranger educational sessions.
- The Junior Ranger must assist at one (1) state forest or park special event.
- The Junior Ranger must attend at least two (2) Outdoor Adventure programs.
AWARDS: Guide patch, Certificate of Completion and signed letter of congratulations from the
Superintendent of State Forests and Parks.
