Requirement for Junior Ranger Conservationist Level
Maryland Junior Ranger Conservationist Level patch.
  • The Junior Ranger must have completed one (1) year at the Naturalist level.
  • The Junior Ranger will have one (1) year to complete the Conservationist level.
  • The Junior Ranger must complete an approved conservation project at the base forest or park. This project must benefit plant and/or animal life and habitat.
  • The Junior Ranger must give a presentation on the completed project at a Junior Ranger session.
AWARD: Conservationist patch and certificate of appreciation
