The management of Patapsco Valley State Park is seeking volunteers to staff the Visitor Center at the Soldier's Delight Natural Environmental Area
located at 5100 Deer Park Road in Owings Mills, Maryland. The visitor center is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from
March 31, 2007 until October 28, 2007. Volunteers greet visitors and answer questions, provide information regarding trails and the history of the area,
and handle gift shop transactions. New volunteers are provided 'on the job' training from experienced volunteers.
You can download a Volunteer Registration Form. Please print and fill out completely, then return it to the address or fax number on the form.
You will be added to the park's volunteer database and then as volunteer opportunities arise in the park that match your areas of interest,
you will be sent an email inviting you to participate. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the park's volunteer coordinator,
