Morgan Run
Natural Environment Area
A woman on horseback blazing trails. Located in Carroll County, the Morgan Run N.E.A. is comprised of approximately 1400 acres of natural area. Hiking and equestrian trails are popular. Equestrians are restricted to specific trails. The Morgan Run is available to trout fisherman as a catch and release trout stream.

Equestrian and hiking trails, catch and release trout fishing, bow and muzzleloader hunting for deer.

Accessibility for the disabled - A wheelchair accessible fishing platform is available from this facility, located off Klee Mill Road.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-695, take Exit 18 Randallstown (Rt. 26W). Continue on Rt. 26 west (Liberty Road) to Rt. 32 north. Continue north on Rt 32 to Klees Mill Road and make a left to Morgan Run/Project Access.

From Rt. 97 north make a right turn onto Bartholow Road and then turn left onto Jim Bowers Road followed by an immediate left onto Ben Rose Lane to Morgan Run entrance.

From I-70 take Rt. 97 north. From Rt. 97 north make a right turn onto Bartholow Road and then turn left onto Jim Bowers followed by an immediate left onto Ben Rose Lane to Morgan Run entrance.

From Westminster: go south on Rt. 97, make a left on Bartholow Road. Make a left on Jim Bowers Road, followed by an immediate left on Ben Rose Lane to Morgan Run entrance.

Morgan Run N.E.A. is located in Carroll County.
