Gaithersburg, MD (Montgomery County)

This nature play space, located in Constitution Gardens Park in Gaithersburg, MD, has the same type of equipment found in a traditional playground but the materials used for this playground display natural elements that blend into a natural garden setting.  The park features slides with tree stump stairs, a tree stump climbing area, and a sand pit with loose parts, made from recycled natural materials, that are used like building blocks.
