Watermark Cruises offers boat tours out of Annapolis City Dock, including narrated public tours of the Annapolis Harbor and Naval Academy, Spa Creek and Severn River, Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Thomas Point Lighthouse. Tours operate March through early October on a published schedule, and mid October through December as weather permits.
