If you've always wanted to scale a mountain, try your hand at wilderness
backpacking, or explore hidden treasures in local caves, then take a guided
outdoor adventure with Allegany Expeditions (AEI). AEI offers guided backpacking,
canoeing, caving, kayaking, fly fishing, bass fishing, cross country skiing rock climbing and
rappelling trips in the scenic Appalachian
mountain region. All equipment, including backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, rain
wear, dry boxes, climbing gear and thermal sleeping pads, is provided to make
your outdoor adventure into the wilderness an enjoyable experience. A list of
personal items to bring is provided prior to your scheduled trip. Additional services include canoe and kayak rentals with shuttle services available for paddlers and cyclists.
AEI has been guiding individuals, families, business and church groups, and scout troops
since 1988. All guides have knowledge of the land and wildlife, and are trained
