| Employee to Employee Leave Donation Program An employee may donate annual, personal and/or sick leave to other employees who have a serious and prolong medical condition and who have exhausted all their leave. An employee may only donate sick leave to the extent that the donating employee has a sick leave balance of at least 240 hours after the donation. | ||||||
