2009 Maryland Bear Hunting Permit Lottery
The Maryland Black Bear Hunting Permit Lottery ended at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 1st.
The Lottery drawing was held on September 2nd at 12 Noon.
Beginning at 5:00 pm on Sept. 2, applicants can view the winning
application numbers at
http://blackbear.dnr.state.md.us
Note: DNR is closed Fri., Sept. 4th - Mon., Sept. 7th.
