Aughty Naughty Complex Wicomico County
Directions: From Mardela Springs, north on 313, access off Cross Road through gates with handicap sign on the gate.
Description: There are approximately 3.2 miles of roads in this area. The roads are old woods road, and a truck is recommended. There are turkey and whitetail deer in this area. There are a number of pull off areas along the roads. This area consists of loblolly pine and some hardwoods. For rules on hunting from vehicles refer to current hunting guide. Contact the Chesapeake Forest Lands Office for access at 410-632-3732.

From Denton; south on Route 16/313/404 bear left (east) onto Route 16/313/404 (shore Highway), stay on Route 404, turn right onto Breeding Road, turn right onto Line Road, parking in designated area.
From Federalsburg; north on Route 313, turn right on Line Road, parking in designated area.
o From Federalsburg; north on Route 313, turn right onto Bob Jester Road, turn right onto Bloomery Road, turn left onto Smithville road, parking in designated area.

From Denton, MD
(Caroline County); south on Route 16/313/404, bear left (east) onto Route
16/313/404 (Shore Highway), turn right onto south Route 313, turn left onto
Opossum Hill Road, turn right onto Smithville Road, Parking in designated area.
o From Denton, MD From Federalsburg; east on Central Avenue to Houston Branch Road Route 306. Both tracts located on Westside of road adjacent to Idylwild W.M.A.
· Dorchester County
From Cambridge, take Route 16 west toward Church Creek, turn left onto Route 335 (Church Creek-Golden Hill Road), turn Left onto Route 366 (Crapo Road), Turn left onto Beech Ground Road. Drive all the way to the end of Beech Ground Road, which is the legal right of way, and park in designated parking area. Please do not block any gates.
Bell Estate Complex, (445 acres)
From Vienna, Take Route 331 north, turn right onto Centennial Road, parking in designated area.
Marshyhope Complex (3,408 acres)
Shoreline Waterfowl Area as Noted on Map
Note: The shoreline area of
Chesapeake Forest Lands along Puckham Creek is closed to waterfowl hunting.
o From Federalsburg, Route 313 South: Turn right onto Harrison Ferry Road. Two parking areas on left-hand side of Harrison Ferry Road. Can also turn right onto Wesley Road off Route 313 South and park on right side of Wesley Road.
o From Vienna, Route 331 North: Turn right onto Route 14 East toward El Dorado. Turn left onto Wesley Road. Parking and on right-hand side of Wesley Road. Can also turn left onto Harrison Ferry Road and park in two areas on left-hand side of Harrison Ferry Road.
o From Cambridge, Route 50 East: Turn left onto Route 16 (Mount Holly Road) to East New Market and Hurlock. In East New Market, take East New Market-Hurlock Road (Route 307) to Hurlock. Turn right onto Harrison Ferry Road. Cross over Marshyhope Creek. Two parking areas on right-hand side of Harrison Ferry Road.

From El Dorado can
also turn onto Puckum Road, travel north about 2 miles and park in designated
areas on Westside of road.
Hornicke/Oliphant Tracts (370 acres)
o From
Vienna;
take Elliott
Island road south go past Steele Neck Road, tract will be on the right,
park in designated areas by either gate.
o From Vienna take Elliott Island road south to Henrys Cross Road and turn right, go about 1.5 miles and park on Southside of road. Or continue on Henrys Cross Road till stop sign turn left onto Griffith’s Neck Road go about ¼ mile and park on left by gate in designated parking area.
Baumgarthner-Southham
Tract (210 acres)
o From Vienna take Elliott Island road south past Henrys Cross Road, continue on about 4 miles. This tract is surrounded by Fishing Bay WMA, access should be through the Wildlife Management Area.

From Mardela Springs, east on Route 50 turn right onto Athol Road, parking in
designed area.
Aughty Naughty Complex,

o From Mardela Springs, north on 313, parking in designated off Cross Road, Route 313 and Snethen Church Road.
o From Salisbury, take Nanticoke Road (Route 349) toward Nanticoke turn left onto Mad Calf Lane, turn right onto Hickman Lane turn left onto Nutters road, parking in designated areas.
Greenhill Complex,
(3,311 acres)
o From Salisbury, take Nanticoke Road (Route 349) toward Nanticoke, turn left onto Head of Creek Road, parking in designated areas.
Louis-Horner Complex,

From Salisbury, take Nanticoke Road (Route 349) toward Nanticoke, turn right
onto Wetipquin Road, parking in designated areas.
Tom Tyler Complex (455 acres)
Shoreline Waterfowl Hunting ONLY.
Note: The shoreline area of Chesapeake Forest Lands along
Stump Gut is closed to waterfowl hunting.
o From Cambridge take Rt. 50 east, cross over the Nanticoke Bridge into Wicomico County go about ¾ of a mile and turn left onto Old Bradley Road. Travel north about 1.5 miles, look for parking area on your left. This area comprises about five miles of hiking trails. NO HUNTING ALLOWED in the woodland portion of this area.
o From Vienna; Route 50 east to Route 313 north, turn right onto Cooper Mill Road, parking on right in designated area.

From Salisbury;
Route 50 west to Route 313 north, turn right onto Cooper Mill Road, parking on
right in designated area.
Sixty Foot Road Area, (2,014.5 acres)
o From Salisbury; Route 50 east, turn right onto Sixty Foot Road, turn left onto Powell Road, parking on right in designated areas, or stay straight on Sixty Foot Road parking along road in designated areas. Parking also available at the Wicomico Forest/Chesapeake Forest Office on east side of Sixty Foot Road.

Dunn Swamp Complex, (1,154 acres)
o From Pocomoke City, take Route 13 south, turn right onto Pocomoke Beltway, turn left on Dunn Swamp Road, park in designated areas.
Abe Hammond Complex,
(145 acres)

Access through Pocomoke State Forest.

From Salisbury, take Route 50 east turn left onto Whaleyville Road (Route 610),
turn left onto Sheppards Crossing Road, parking in designated areas.
Donnaway-Timmons Complex,
(528 acres)
o From Snow Hill, take Route 12 south to Stockton, turn right onto Stockton Road,
park in designated areas.
Priscilla Pusey Tract, (131 acres)
o From Salisbury; south on Route 13 turn left onto Route 206/St. Lukes Road, bear right onto Stevens Road, parking on right.
o From Snow Hill;
north on Route 12, left onto Old Furnace Road, right onto Stevens Road, parking
on left in designated area.
o From Salisbury; Route 13 bypass south to Route 12 south, turn right onto Old Furnace Road, turn right onto Greenbriar Swamp Road, parking on right in designated parking area.

From Pocomoke City;
north on Route 13, turn right onto Dividing Creek Road/Route 364, turn left onto
Whitesburg Road, turn right onto Old Furnace Road, turn left onto Greenbriar
Swamp Road, parking on right in designated area.
o From Salisbury, Route 50 east to Ocean City: Route 354 south, right onto Laws Road in Worcester County (not Wicomico County). Bear right onto Mount Olive Church Road. Turn right onto Sturges Road. Parking and Cordery tract on right-hand side of Sturges Road.

Route 12 south (Snow Hill Road): Turn left onto Mount Olive Church Road. Bear
left on Mount Olive Church Road. Turn right onto Sturges Road. Parking and

Whitesburg Complex (375 acres)
o From Salisbury, south on Route 13 (bypass, not business route), turn left onto Route 206/St. Luke’s Road, bear right onto Stevens Road, continue traveling south and crossover Old Furnace Road, your now on Whitesburg road, travel about 2 miles parking on left or right in designated area.

From Snow Hill;
north on Route 12, left onto Old Furnace Road, turn left onto Whitesburg Road,
travel about 2 miles parking on left or right in designated area.
Buck Harbor Complex (318 acres)

o From Salisbury, south on Route 13 turn left onto Route 206/St. Luke’s Road, bear right onto Stevens Road, continue traveling south and crossover Old Furnace Road, your now on Whitesburg road, travel south past Sand Road go about 1.5 miles parking on left in designated area.

travel south past Sand Road go about 1.5 miles parking on left in designated

o Follow directions for Tankard Farm Complex, this tract accessible on the Westside of Whitesburg road through Pocomoke State Forest.
o From Salisbury, south on Route 13 turn left onto Route 206/St. Luke’s Road, bear right onto Stevens Road, continue traveling south and crossover Old Furnace Road, your now on Whitesburg road, travel south past Sand Road turn right onto Fleming Mill Road parking on right in designated area.

From Snow Hill;
north on Route 12, left onto Old Furnace Road, turn left onto Whitesburg Road,
travel south past Sand Road turn right onto Fleming Mill Road, parking on right
in designated area.
Johnson And Johnson Complex (853 acres)
o From Salisbury, south on Route 13 turn left onto Route 206/St. Luke’s Road, bear right onto Stevens Road, continue traveling south and crossover Old Furnace Road, your now on Whitesburg road, travel south and turn left onto Sand Road, travel till you come to Corner House Road, continue straight parking on the right by gates, or turn right onto Corner House Road and park in designated areas.
o From Snow Hill; north on Route 12, left onto Old Furnace Road, turn left onto Millville Road, turn right onto Sand Road, parking on left by gates or turn left onto Corner House Road and park in designated areas.

o From Princess Anne, take Deal Island Road (Route 363) toward Deal Island, park in designated areas.
Haislip Marumsco Complex, (1,480 acres)
o From Pocomoke City, Take Route 16 North , Turn left onto Route 667, turn left onto Rehobeth Road, turn left onto Old Rehobeth Road, turn right onto Shelltown Road, bare left at Y, turn right onto Back Shelltown Road, park in designated areas.
Peters McAllen Complex, (917 acres)
o
From Princess Anne, take Route 675 north (Somerset Avenue), turn right onto
Loretto Road, park in designated areas.
o From Princess Anne travel south on Rt. 13, turn left onto Arden Station road then turn right onto Mitchell Road park in designated area by gate. Or continue south on Rt. 13 past Arden Station Road turn left onto small access road, park at end next to Rt. 13.
o Note: There is no public access along the railroad. This property is privately owned.
o
From Salisbury travel south on Rt. 13, turn right onto Deal Island road,
turn left onto Oriole Back Road, turn right onto dirt access road and park in
designated parking area. This complex adjoins Deal Island WMA.
