Add 200 yards to the allowable length of drift gill net that can be used by a commercial striped bass licensed fisherman. Under consideration in the context of permitting commercial harvesters to attain quota
Support a change in regulations that would allow striped bass to be filleted by charterboat operators; retain carcasses until disposed of after filets leave charterboat; require charterboats to have special license. Under consideration
Dredge boat oyster seed to be planted in same areas as last year and area openings the same as last year. Completed

15,000 bushel allocation be planted as follows:

Allocation

Hand Tong Chester River in hand tong zone
Dredge Upper Bay - above Bay Bridge

Completed.

4,000 bushels were planted per site = 16K total, which is over the set amount. In addition, DNR planted some additional seed at the sites from a Seed Area in Eastern Bay that yielded more than expected, so the 4 sites were planted with more than the proposed amounts. Grand totals will be available in the annual Seed and Shell Report. (note: the group of sites for Patent Tong was taken to be "one of these" not all of these. One was chosen which was Hacketts)
