Through the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 08.01.01.06 the Tidal Fisheries Advisory Commission has the duty of advising the Director of Fisheries Service on all matters referred to the commission by the Director.
Tidal Fisheries Advisory Commission
There will be a special meeting of the Tidal Fisheries Advisory Commission this Thursday, June the 5th, from 7-9 PM in the Cafeteria of Annapolis High School, located at 2700 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD.
The TFAC typically does not meet during the summer. At the request of of the Commission at the May meeting, a special meeting will be held on Thursday, June 5th to address the process of tier limits for female blue crabs in the fall fishery. The Commission requested at the May meeting to expedite providing this information.
