Directions: This form can be emailed, faxed, or sent via the United States Postal Service.  Please keep a copy for your records and bring it to the 2008 Fishing Challenge Winner's Event in September.  Check www.dnr.maryland.gov/fishingchallenge for updates on the date and location of the Challenge Wrapup.
