2007 RECREATIONAL BLACK SEA BASS SEASON MODIFICATION

The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) pursuant to the Code of Maryland Regulations 08.02.05.21E announces the recreational fishery for black sea bass will open beginning Saturday, December 8, 2007 and remain open through calendar year 2008 or until modified by regulation or public notice.

The opening is consistent with the Black Sea Bass Fisheries Management Plan approved by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
