The Maryland Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Service will hold its second Bi-Annual Regulatory Public Meeting on September 25, 2007 at 6:00p.m. in Lecture Hall 101 of the Florestano Building at the Anne Arundel Community College, 101 College Parkway, Arnold, MD 21012. All interested parties are invited to attend and give their views. Sign language interpreters and other appropriate accommodations will be provided upon request. A detailed agenda of items to be discussed will be available through the Fisheries Service web pages at www.dnr.state.md.us/fisheries.

The Bi-Annual meeting is part of a new pre-regulatory process intended to inform the public of any regulations that the Fisheries Service may propose over the next six months and to get public feedback on the potential regulations. This meeting is not part of the official regulatory proposal process as required under the Maryland Administrative Procedures Act (APA).
