The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) pursuant to the Code of Maryland Regulations 08.02.15.12H announces the extension of the catch and release season in the Susquehanna Flats, Susquehanna River and Northeast River until 12:00 midnight on Thursday, May 10, 2007. This area is defined as:
Susquehanna Flats, upstream of a line from Sandy Point to Turkey Point and in the Susquehanna River downstream of a line connecting the Susquehanna State Park boat ramp in Lapidum to Twin Rocks to Tomes Wharf in Port Deposit; and the Northeast River.
