2006 OYSTER STUDY AREA OPENINGS

The Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to the Code of Maryland Regulations 08.02.04.12 announces that all of the areas re-opened by the December 26, 2005 Oyster Study Area Openings Public Notice shall remain open until further notice. These areas are: Anne Arundel County -Tolly Point Bar, Eastern Bay - Parsons Island Bar, Little Choptank River - Ragged Point Bar, Miles River – Turtleback Bar, Patuxent River – Gatton Bar, Wicomico River – Windmill Bar. The coordinates for these areas are defined in both the December 26, 2005 Oyster Study Area Openings Public Notice and the Code of Maryland Regulations 08.02.04.12(E)(2).
