Comments The Cellinese Dam rubble dam is located on the main-stem Potomac River and is no longer being used. The dam is a partial blockage to resident fish but blocks motor boats and is a severe hazard for recreational paddlers. The down stream reach has a boat launch facility and an additional facility is being proposed 6 miles upstream. Regional Biologist feels this dam removal will greatly increase recreational fishing opportunities.
