$25,000 - $50,000 projects are sealed bids.

  3. How can bids be sent? - Small procurement bids may be faxed in. Bids can also be mailed or hand delivered to Engineering & Construction. Sealed Bids MUST be mailed or hand delivered. A Bid Envelope will be included with the bid package.
