Maryland Natural Resources Police Blotter
Caroline County – On Sunday, November 19, at 7 a.m., the Maryland Natural Resources Police (MNRP) served a search warrant at 1266 Crouse Mill Road, Ridgely, Maryland. Approximately 1,400 pounds of processed and untagged deer meat was taken from Richard’s Deer Shop. Information of buying and selling deer meat was reported to MNRP by a concerned citizen. Charges are pending.
MNRP would like to remind citizens that it is illegal to buy and sell deer meat in Maryland.
