BPW Approves $187,602 in Program Open Space Funds for Cecil County

On November 1, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. announced that the Board of Public Works approved $187,602 in Program Open Space funds for two projects in Cecil County. Chesland Park will receive $149,408 to construct six soccer fields, an entrance road and a parking lot. Cecil Community Center will receive $38,194 for the upgrade of four tennis courts including resurfacing, relining and fencing repairs.
