With the start of a new school year, students may opt not to ride the bus in order to participate in after-school activities. If this sounds like your family, consider organizing a carpool schedule with other like-minded parents in your neighborhood.

From now through early fall, visitors to Assateague State Park in Worcester County can observe bottlenose dolphins swimming along the park’s two miles of sandy beaches.
