Joseph Stewart

Joe is an outstanding member of the Patapsco/Back Trib. Team--he is an advocate for Bay Restoration and a strong supporter at the local level. Joe is a photographer who often displays his artwork to the public for outreach and educational purposes. Joe is also an open water swimmer who swims for water quality benefits. He has raised over 12,000 dollars in the last 3 years with his swims in the Patapsco River alone! He is a faithful attendee of meetings, and always volunteers his time and energy for the Team and for his local community association. Joe works constantly to improve awareness and water quality in Maryland. And this is Joe's 2 nd time winning the Hero Award!
