Accepting the award in behalf of the team is the chair, Jason Dubow.

During the past 15 months, the Lower Eastern Shore team has enjoyed a resurgence of enthusiasm thanks primarily to the influx of new membership. The extensive recruitment efforts of staff and team members has netted a core group of about a dozen new participants, among which is the new chair, Mr. Jason Dubow, and the Vice Chair, Ms. Wanda Kelly. The Team has undertaken new projects, developed a Workplan, and is planning several public outreach events, including a wade in and the Lower Shore Growth and Development symposium.

As an example of his leadership, Jason insisted on giving awards to all of his team members. We thank Jason for what he's done to rejuvenate the Lower Eastern Shore Team and ask that Jason accept this award on behalf of his fellow team members.
